A: Absolutely! We have security measures to ensure safety of all data transmitted to us. We have a strong partnership with VeriSign so when a customer places an order, the credit card is first validated and authorized by VeriSign before transmission to us. After we receive the order, all information is kept on our secure server. We maintain the latest in Internet security technology and firewall protection. We are also a bonded company and maintain the strictest confidentially agreements.

Q: What do you mean by Web-based real time inventory and ordering tracking systems? How do I do this?

A: We know instant access to up-to-date information is imperative in managing your business. That's why we have built a secure Inventory and Order Management System that is accessible to you or anyone you designate who has Web access, a web browser such as Internet Explorer, and a valid log in. This system is connected to the database we use to manage your orders, inventory and shipments. Every time we take an order or ship a product, the inventory count is immediately adjusted in the database and immediately available for you to see. At any time you can log on and with a click of the mouse access up-to-the-minute current inventory counts, see orders placed and even track shipments.

Q: Do you process returns?

A: We can process any and all returns for your products, following your return policy.

Q: How do you ship my products?

A: We have strong relationships with all major shipping carriers, both domestic and international, including Federal Express, UPS, U.S. Postal Service, DHL. We can ship to any destination across the USA and around the world. We will work with you to determine the best shipper for your products.

Q: Can you help us manage our customer database?

A: Certainly! We can manage, design and customize a database for your specific needs. We can also provide data analysis and custom reports so you get the information you need to run your business.

Q: How long does it take for orders to go out?

A: This depends on the type of project and what is needed. Our "rule of thumb" is for orders received before 10 a.m., we ship the same day. For orders received after 10 a.m., we ship the next day. However, we will do whatever it takes to service your business needs.

Q: What kind of storage facility do you have and how secure is it?

A: Admail West has the ability to store collateral and product items for any type of situation in our 65,000 square foot facility. We can accommodate any size pallet/skid, all dimensions of boxes and products of any size or shape. We can also establish satellite storage locations if needed. We maintain a high-level security system complete with video camera monitoring.

Q: How do I get my fulfillment set up with Admail West and how long does it take?

A: Typical inventory set up within our systems and warehouse is 1 to 2 weeks, depending upon the size of the job and what is needed. However, we can work with you to expedite this process depending upon your needs.
